Prioritise Delivery

Review the list of Stakeholder needs:

• Identify any overlapping objectives across stakeholders and areas
• Identify ‘friendly’ stakeholders, i.e. those that are brought into your project and will be understanding about any initial ‘teething problems"
• Assess how big the need is – the greater the benefit you can provide the better
• Do an initial assessment of the data required – if it is going to take some time to collect/clean up then push delivery down the line
• Think about dependencies, for example, many organizations want to start with mapping strategic plans, but you need to have captured your landscape at some level prior to this to enable you to define what the plans are changing
