Identify/Define the Views that will support Delivery

For each of the initial set of objectives/value drops:

• Review the Essential views and define which will answer their questions and support their decision-making. Consider:
  • How will the output answer the questions? 
  • How will it be uses by the stakehokder in question?

Identify any gaps in the view/views

• You can build your own views or tweak the out of the box views (or we can help you do that), so if there is a gap then identify and note it
• Think about creating a rough mock-up of what you would like the new/altered view to look like and add some dummy data to ensure the requirement is understood
